This Service is provided FREE OF CHARGE and we donate the Residual Value of the IT Equipment to your Charity on behalf of your Corporate Sponsor

How ITdonate works

  • We provide a personalised pdf brochure for your charity to be distributed to your Corporate Sponsors.
  • The Corporate Sponsor contacts us direct via telephone, email or via the personalised webpage.
  • We then discuss directly with them their Security needs, types of equipment available, etc. and arrange a collection date.
  • Once collected all equipment is logged into our secure site, all data bearing equipment is sanitised, and all suitable equipment is refurbished for resale. All necessary certification is provided to your Sponsor.
  • Once the equipment is sold ITdonate will make payment directly to the charity, and a receipt of payment given to your Sponsor.
